Integrated Production System Developed
by ORIENT
Orient has continually improved our powder production technology for high boiling point products such as “ORIENT NIGROSINE”.
As a result, we developed our original computer-controlled vacuum drying system which makes the manufacturing process more efficient, implemented labor-saving measures and better safety.
We have also set up an original administrative information management system that integrates the production system. This system enables Orient to maintain a flexible and consistent production process.

About the Packaging of Our Products
Packaging Efforts to Protect Quality
A majority of our products are dyestuffs for colorant applications.
We take extreme caution to ensure product integrity so that our materials can be transported and received without leakage or any damage during the shipping process.
In order to maintain the quality of our materials, we package them in accordance to their physical form and their intended mode of transportation.
For example, materials that absorb moisture through the air will have aluminum lined bags to prevent contamination.
Corrugated containers are utilized that are strong and water-resistant
We take the utmost care to prepare each shipment for delivery by being sure to label, package and stack all orders for each customer whether domestic or overseas.

with ISO9001
We have established an international quality control system to supply products on a global scale.
We have promoted such an approach from the early stages of our operation and acquired ISO9002 certification in 1995, and acquired ISO9001 certification in 2001. Since then, we have continued to strengthen our quality control system based on our product quality policy.

We actively comply with the international environmental management standard ISO14001 based on our environmental principle of "contributing to the progress of society through practice of environmental protection whereby each member of the staff places emphasis on 'caring for the environment' in all of the company's activities." The entire company acquired certification in December 1999.
